New Homes Month
Choosing a new home is a major decision. Whether you are planning to build, buy or renovate, there are a number of important things to consider before you begin. This is why the Nova Scotia Home Builders’ Association (NSHBA) offers New Homes Month in April: to educate consumers and help homeowners make informed decisions before they purchase their new home.
New Homes Month features complimentary seminars with guest speakers who are experts in their field, so you know the information you are getting is current, informative and interesting. The seminars cover a wide array of topics, including energy efficiency, energy and water conservation, the new building code, warranty protection, the benefits of working with professionals, communications wiring and much more.
The seminars will be held in various locations across Nova Scotia, so you are almost guaranteed to have one near you. All seminars will be held from 7:00pm - 10:00pm, and pre-registration is required.
Dates and Locations:
April 14: Holiday Inn, Truro
April 15: Super 8 Motel, Windsor
April 19: Rodd Grand Hotel, Yarmouth
April 21: The Royal Canadian Legion, Chester
